Veterans Day Parade

Two banner holders work as a team to carry our sign.
Santa and Mrs. Claus ride in the parade. We like to keep them well rested for the Christmas season.
Costumed characters and volunteers walk with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
Kids are welcome to participate. Please see our note about minor volunteers.
Join the parade!
Currently a Christmas Storybook Land float and characters appear in the Albany Veterans Day Parade. Friendly, able-bodied people of all ages are welcome to join the parade!
Volunteers are needed to decorate the float, assist in float operation, and walk in the parade. Costume characters including children and teens are welcome to walk the parade route distributing our flyers and candy. We provide the costumes and you provide the enthusiasm!

BRINGING MINORS?
Minors, which include any volunteers under the age of 18, require a completed Parent/Guardian Release Form.
Children under 13 must have a registered adult accompany them, in addition to the completed Parent/Guardian Release Form.
