AUDITIONS AND APPROVAL ARE REQUIRED TO SCHEDULE AND PARTICIPATE.

Youth 13 to 17 and adults are invited to volunteer as roaming elves or costume characters at shifts noted at the left. Elves and characters will walk around and mingle with the crowd so it important that they are welcoming, friendly, and speak and act appropriately at all times. Costumes may be provided and weeknight shifts are 2 hours.

High School Students are encouraged – Community Service Validation Forms are available. A Release for Participation signed by a parent/guardian is required for all minors (under 18). Elves and costumed characters work under the direction of the Costume Character Supervisor.

An orientation for all elves/costume characters is required with parents attending to acquaint you with all the procedures and answer questions so the experience will be fun for all.
